Terms & Conditions
Stay Period
Guests are required to book a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Unfortunately, early check-ins and late check-outs are unavailable due to back-to-back bookings.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Payments can be made securely through our website using a credit or debit card.
Failure to pay the full balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made between 14-60 days before check-in will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
In case of no-shows or early departures, no refund will be granted.
Occupancy
The number of guests staying at Vila Teku must not exceed the maximum stated in your booking confirmation.
Any additional guests will need approval from management.
We reserve the right to refuse bookings if we believe they aren’t suitable for the property.
Pool Safety
Please note that the pool at Vila Teku is not fenced, and we are unable to add temporary fencing due to the layout of the villa and pool area.
Guests, especially families with young children, should consider this when planning their stay and may want to explore alternate accommodations.
By booking, you acknowledge that you use the pool at your own risk and agree to supervise children at all times.
Events & Parties
At Vila Teku, we prioritise relaxation and peaceful getaways.
However, if you wish to host a special event such as a party, retreat, or hens party, prior approval from management is required.
We offer a range of event packages to help you plan the perfect gathering. Please note that additional fees may apply, including a Banjar fee (local community charge).

Damages & Losses and Credit Card Authorisation
Upon check-in, guests are required to sign a damage waiver and provide credit card details for security.
Guests are responsible for leaving Vila Teku in the same condition as upon arrival.
Any damages or losses incurred during your stay will be charged to the guest.
A valid credit card will be held on file as a security deposit and will only be charged for damages exceeding normal wear and tear or for any unpaid charges at the end of your stay.
Guests will be notified of any charges prior to processing.
Vila Teku reserves the right to reclaim the property if significant damage occurs.
Force Majeure
Vila Teku is not liable for any failures to fulfill our obligations due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, wars, civil disturbances, pandemics, or severe weather.
Disclaimer
Vila Teku and its management are not responsible for any injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, or inconvenience experienced by guests or their visitors during their stay.
We are also not liable for any personal belongings, vehicles, or contents left on the property.
Additionally, Vila Teku is not responsible for any missed flights, changes in travel plans, visa issues, or delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or government actions.
In cases of “force majeure,” technical issues, or Acts of God, we are unable to offer refunds or assume liability.
